REFUNDS:
All refunds are based on the timing of withdrawal from the program.
Full refunds will be made in the following instances: (no administration fee applied)
• If the player chooses to withdraw from the league prior to the start of the season.
• If the player moves out of area, or must withdraw from the league due to medical reasons
prior to the start of the season.
All refunds will be treated on a case-by-case basis and subject to the approval of the
North Adams Youth Basketball Executive Board.
Returned Checks:
North Adams Youth Basketball will charge a flat fee of $25.00 per check that is returned
by our financial institution due to ‘insufficient funds’ or a 'stop payment'.
